ItalianHi! I'm currently a Bachelor's student in Biomedical Science and Mathematics. I have always lived in Mexico, but I want to move abroad for studying graduate school. I'm looking for a partner who wants to improve their Spanish and English skills, whether they are in the medical field or out of it. I have plenty of experience teaching and organizing virtual, live language exchanges: I used to offer these on Duolingo as a volunteer for people over the world who wanted to learn and practice Spanish and English! I'll be happy to help you out with your communication in clinical settings and help using advanced idioms in English and Spanish, whether they are used on informal of formal (academic) situations, like research.
I was a Spanish and English volunteer teacher on Duolingo since February 2022, and I had more than 8,000 students in more than 450 classes. I've lived in Japan on and off for 13~14 years since 1998. I'd like to try to get my Japanese past it's current level but in my present situation I rarely have a chance to speak Japanese. I'm a computer programmer / software engineer so I unfortunately mostly talk to my computer and read instructions in English. I'm happy to talk about pretty much anything. I'm looking for someone to practice Japanese and am happy to exchange English. I would prefer if your English is already at a good enough level that it's not a struggle to have a conversation ;) I'd prefer to video chat, Zoom/Line/Meet whatever. Texting is not good for conversation.
