I've been studying Japanese on my own for a while, but I've recently realized just how bad my typing/speaking skills are, so I'm hoping for a chance to improve them by talking with real people.
My reading abilities are OK, but I'm very bad with actually writing sentences, so apologies in advance if my Japanese is awkward or doesn't make sense. I would also prefer text based conversation for now, though I aim to get practice and eventually get out of my comfort zone.
As for my hobbies, I like to draw, read, and watch movies. I'm a lover of nature, art, and generally learning about the world and other people. I'm also always looking for new music to listen to if you have anything to share. Hopefully we can get along!

Hi! My name is Jelena and I’m from Poland. I’m fluent in English, which I mostly learned through the internet by using it in real conversations, watching content, and immersing myself in the language rather than studying it only from textbooks. I also studied Japanese for about a year some time ago, which gave me some insight into learning Asian languages.
Now I’d love to learn Mandarin Chinese. My main goal is to learn how to speak and read Chinese, while also getting to know the culture better.
In my free time, I enjoy playing computer games, reading books, sewing, and learning new skills. I graduated from first degree music school and I’m especially interested in literature, medicine, biology and physics and like exploring topics in depth.

Меня интересует в первую очередь обучение английскому языку. Также я готова обучать русскому или польскому, тех кто взамен учит французскому и испанскому.

Dzień dobry:) Uczę 1) studentów mówiących po rosyjsku języka polskiego i odwrotnie (uczę języka rosyjskiego). Interesuje mnie przede wszystkim nauka języka angielskiego. Jestem również gotowa uczyć rosyjskiego lub polskiego tych, którzy w zamian uczą francuskiego lub hiszpańskiego. Lubię poznawać nowych ludzi, z radością dowiaduję się o tradycjach i kulturze innych narodów. Uwielbiam podróżować :)
