Hola, I am Katie and I would love to find a native Spanish speaker in Wellington to practise my Spanish with. I don't mind at all which Spanish speaking country is your homeland. I have been learning for years but really just need to have conversations about everyday life plus more interesting topics to get my fluency and confidence up. I am a trained English language teacher as well so very happy to swap and speak in English as well to help somebody who is a native Spanish speaker try to improve their conversational English and grammar accuracy. Hello! My name is Louis. I am from Hong Kong but I lived in London for most of my life. As a result my English is completely fluent. Currently, I can speak English and Cantonese, and I am looking to improve my Mandarin! I've been to China a few times, and I love its people, culture, and skyscrapers (favourite cities are Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Chongqing!)

a little bit about me huh?
well that it itself is a big question. was born in Venezuela, lived in the Netherlands and Spain for 10 years and now i am living on Curacao a Caribbean Island where the native language is called Papiamentu. Further the languages that I have under my belt are; English, Papiamentu, Spanish and Dutch. I love languages and I finally decided to take it more seriously to study more, there is no betting feeling to be able to talk to the locals when you travel for some reason it feels like they can could connect more that way.
I would like to learn mandarin (I do not have a clue where to start) so I'm looking for guidelines where to start and eventually to be able to talk and interact with some natives.
hopefully I can find some people to practice with :D
