Language.Exchange

I was born in May, 1989. I've been studying English on a daily basis since April, 2013. But I'm not sure how to speak like native speakers. For example, I can't make long sentences, unfamiliar expressions, unusual way of choice of words, awkward speed and intonation. Some say I have to focus on the Eastern and Western culture not the language itself. I'm at loss for words. Anyway, I need to talk with others at a regular interval. Hope someone talks to me and teaches me anything.
