Language.Exchange

Hello I am Ron and I am looking to learn how to speak Thai. I really don't think I am ready to speak. I only know about 100 words. I know the words but can't yet put them into sentences quickly.

I like lifting weights, jumping rope and running. The problem that I don't go to the gym enough.

The only language I know is English so if you are looking to learn English maybe I can help. I am not a teacher and this is my first time at language exchange so you'll have to bear with me.
