I'm Akasha ✩ a Spanish native speaker (Brazilian Portuguese heritage speaker), from the border between Uruguay and Brazil.
I lived for several years in Argentina, too, where I studied communications & cinema.

I'm also fluent in English (C2 certified), Italian / French (estimated C1 level for both), and a little Mandarin (HSK 4 certified).

I want to practice FR/IT as I love both languages and their respective cultures (mostly music and films/shows).
I have experience tutoring languages and have done a few exchanges in the past.

My main interests are mostly the arts :
music and audiovisuals,
healing arts such as yoga, meditation, somatic practices
martial arts (aikido, kalaripayattu,...),
the arts of the mind: psychology, philosophy, phenomenology,
the arts of communication: listening, speaking, reading, writing (mostly poetry),
the arts of dreaming & lucidity.

What works for me:
-We meet up using a platform like whatsapp or google meet (video optional) and chat.
We can talk about whatever comes up naturally or choose a topic beforehand.
I'm pretty conversationalist, I rarely run out of things to say or questions to ask.
This can be once or twice a week for one to two hours were we stricly use one language for half the time and the other for the other half.

-We can share a google document where we write down any mistakes or suggestions as they come up in conversation.
We can also practice reading, writing, grammar etc. if desired. I personally enjoy focusing on phonetics/ pronunciation and have done a few training courses on the matter.
