I’m a mom of two energetic boys (5 and 2 years old) living in Schaumburg. I’m looking for a language exchange partner and local friends to hang out with.
I lived in Australia for 1.5 years, so I can handle intermediate English, but I’m working on brushing it up.
I’m outgoing, love traveling, and enjoy Japanese manga.
I also lived in Shanghai until March this year for my husband’s work, which was definitely one of the fascinating experiences in my life.
My 5-year-old goes to kindergarten on weekdays, so I’m mainly available during weekday daytime. My sweet 2-year-old will usually join me, so playdates or coffee chats would be awesome!

I just returned from a wonderful trip in Japan. I always loved the culture growing up and I love it even more! My Japanese was limited. I was able to communicate with locals, but I want to do better!
